Irregular bending is a type of product used in the processing of irregular bending. Due to its irregular shape, it is more troublesome to process, especially in controlling the machining accuracy. The irregular bending process can be divided into many types, mainly including tension bending, bending, push bending, etc. These methods can also be divided into two bending states: cold bending and hot bending. The processing technology applied to different bent pipes varies, and the characteristics of different bent pipes are also different.
When processing irregular pipe bending, two soil platforms need to be installed in front of the pipe bending machine to adjust the position of the straight weld before the pipe enters the equipment; Use a steel tape measure with a length greater than 7-8 meters to mark the centerline of the anti-corrosion pipe, so that it can be lifted evenly with a sling and can enter the pipe bending machine horizontally.
Next, the production process of bending pipes should be strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements. Before processing, the anti-corrosion pipes used for cold bending bend pipe processing should be straightened, and the curvature after adjustment should not exceed 1 ‰ of the pipe length. During the bending process, the position of the core shaft should be accurate, with an error of no more than 5mm, to ensure that the core shaft is fully supported. If the bend is found to deviate from the preset position, it should be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain the bending of the bend plane.
The welding seam of the bent pipe processing steel pipe should be between 9 and 10 o'clock or between 3 and 2 o'clock, and at least 50mm higher than the pipe bending machine tube mold. After the production is completed, the core shaft should be restored and adjusted to its original state to avoid deformation under force. The production process of bending pipes should be carried out continuously, with each advance of 300mm. To ensure uniform curvature of the bend, the compression and tension sides of the bend should be segmented at 3 points, 9 points, 10 points, 2 points, 12 points, and 50mm steel pipes before processing. When segmenting, the length of the straight pipe section should be ensured.
Use a inclinometer for angle measurement, and measure at the calibration point of the bend. The calibration point is generally set at a distance of 500mm from the pipe end. Control the bending process at any time based on measurement data. During the process of bending pipes, the bending record form should be carefully filled out.
