1、 Anodizing

Mainly the anodization of aluminum, which utilizes electrochemical principles to generate a layer of Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. This oxide film has special characteristics such as protection, decoration, insulation, and wear resistance.

Process flow:

Monochrome, Gradient:

Polishing/sandblasting/wire drawing → degreasing → anodizing → neutralization → dyeing → sealing → drying

Dual color:

① Polishing/sandblasting/wire drawing → degreasing → masking → anodizing 1 → anodizing 2 → sealing → drying

② Polishing/sandblasting/wire drawing → degreasing → anodizing 1 → laser engraving → anodizing 2 → sealing → drying

Technical features:

2. Non metallic texture, suitable for sandblasting, polishing, wire drawing, etc;

3. Processing in a liquid environment can achieve surface treatment of complex structures;

4. The process is mature and capable of mass production.

Disadvantages:

The ability to conceal defects is average, and electrophoretic treatment of die-casting parts requires high pre-treatment requirements.

Process flow:

Pretreatment → Hot water washing → MAO → Drying

Advantages:

2. Wide range of substrates: Al, Ti, Zn, Zr, Mg, Nb, and their alloys;

3. The pre-treatment is simple, and the product has excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and heat dissipation performance.

Disadvantages:

At present, colors are limited, with only mature colors such as black and gray, making it difficult to achieve bright colors; The cost is mainly influenced by the high consumption of film, and it is one of the highest costs in surface treatment.
