What are the operating steps for hardware processing
Release date:2022-07-01
Hardware processing refers to the processing of raw materials (stainless steel, copper, aluminum, iron...) into various parts using lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, polishing machines, and other machinery according to customer drawings or samples, such as decorative hardware, automotive accessories, bathroom accessories, license plate frame polishing, etc.
The hardware processing process is to cut materials according to production needs. After cutting, some small parts, such as production, can be processed by punching machines or CNC machining, which is widely used in the production of glasses and automotive parts. And making containers: it means performing a cutting punch, then welding, sanding, and then spraying oil, and then assembling accessories to ship. For hardware accessories, there is still a lot of surface treatment after polishing, electroplating or oil spraying. Then, it is welded or screwed, assembled, packaged, and shipped out
1、 Before entering the workplace, all employees should check whether their clothing meets the job requirements. It is not allowed to wear slippers, high heels, or clothing that affects safety. Those with long hair should wear a safety helmet. When operating, one must concentrate their thoughts, strictly prohibit chatting and cooperate with each other. Operators should not operate in a state of irritability or fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure operational safety.
2、 Before mechanical work, check whether the moving parts are filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and idle the machine tool for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate in case of mechanical failure.
3、 When replacing the mold, first turn off the power and stop the movement department of the punch before starting to install and debug the mold. After installation and adjustment, use your hand to move the flywheel and test punch twice to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are sturdy, and whether the edge pressing ring is in a reasonable position.
4、 It is necessary to wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and remove any debris from the workbench before starting the power supply to start the machinery.
5、 After the machinery is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machinery. Other people are not allowed to press the electric switch or step on the foot switch board, nor are they allowed to put their hands into the mechanical work area or touch the moving parts of the machinery with their hands. During mechanical work, it is prohibited to reach into the working area of the slider, and it is strictly prohibited to use hands to pick up or place workpieces. When taking and placing workpieces in the stamping die, tools that meet standards must be used. If any abnormal sounds or malfunctions are found in the machinery, the power switch should be immediately turned off for inspection.
6、 At the end of work, the idle power should be turned off, and finished products, leftovers, and debris on the job should be sorted out to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
The above operating procedures must be consciously followed. Do not operate in violation of regulations. In the event of a malfunction, cooperate with maintenance personnel for maintenance. In the event of an accident, immediately cut off the power supply and keep the on-site report to the factory department for handling. Any consequences caused by violating the operating procedures shall be borne by the parties involved.
